RETURN POLICY
You can initiate a return within 2 days upon receipt of item if
- You receive a wrong, damaged or defective item.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example, a microwave returned for not powering-on will be tested extensively and if the claims are right, a refund will be processed, but if during the test, it powers-on, the item will be redelivered to you.
- Return of item in working condition are not allowed.
- Return of underwear, adult toys, groceries, perfumes, cosmetics, hair extensions and jewelry are not allowed.
- If you change your mind after shipment has been done, a return or replacement won’t be accepted.
Items should be tested by customer immediately it is received as returns won’t be welcomed. Also, all Items have a unique serial number, hence changing of items by customers before return will be taking as a big offence and will attract a penalty.
